How to Establish Forest Fire Prevention and Control System with Infrared Thermal Imaging camera

Winter is a season of lot of forest fires. The fire department built a state-of-the-art infrared detection system using infrared thermal imaging to prevent forest fires. Forest fire prevention and control system monitor with the principle of infrared thermal imager . With the development of modern science and technology, the detection range of the thermal imager and the imaging temperature have greatly increased, and the scope of the detection has been expanded. Modern detection system is also equipped with automatic alarm system, once there is fire and other dangerous situations can immediately start the alarm system, firefighters can also be rushed to the scene for rescue in the first time.

The system of Infrared detection system is a complex project, usually takes 5-6 months to built. Construction staff need to detect every corner of the forest to choose the suitable location for the installation of infrared cameras. Forest area is generally more than 1,000 square meters, the installation work is difficult and takes a long time.

It is reported that the northeastern of China has completed the installation of forest fire monitoring system, after ignition test, already achieve the desired results, and now has been put into operation.

The system consists of infrared thermal imaging front-end monitoring system, PTZ control system, power supply system, lightning protection system, outdoor protection system, wireless network transmission system and other components. The system is made up of a reasonable composition of researchers after they have taken into account all aspects of the need. The receiving device of the thermal imager monitoring system is an infrared camera which is composed of an infrared narrow field lens and a visible CCD camera. The lens can be within a radius of 5 km, 360 ° scan, the scene can be a 24-hour continuously return to the monitoring center.
