The traditional online thermal imager sends the temperature information to the computer and other carriers through software. The handheld thermal imager will have its own LCD touch screen, and the thermal imaging night vision device can be equipped with some external display screens to project the image.
The basic factors affecting the price of thermal imaging cameras, in addition to the increase in functionality, the components of the device, in fact, also derived from the most basic performance and parameters. Different parameters can achieve different working effects.
1. Resolution and pixels
Resolution and pixel are actually an indicator, which is also an important factor affecting the thermal imager. The higher the resolution pixel, the higher the theoretical price. If the function is divided, the machine gap of this grade is still very large. Careful comparison is required when purchasing.
2. Frame rate
The frame rate is the main factor affecting the price of the infrared camera. The meaning of the frame rate is the number of images captured by the infrared camera per second. The higher the frame rate, the higher the capture accuracy, the more accurately it can be displayed, and the more consistent the image quality
3. Temperature measurement method
The biggest use of infrared cameras is summarized in two points: night vision and temperature measurement. In the general thermal imaging night vision device application needs only imaging, there is no requirement for temperature measurement, the price is relatively low; and in the traditional industries such as industry, electricity, etc., the temperature measurement accuracy, high and low temperature requirements are high, In the later part, software analysis support and SDK secondary development are required, and the price is slightly higher.
